MJ Health, Lee Chong Wei Foundation and OlyLife Join Forces to Launch “CSR Teachers’ Health Screening Sponsorship Programme”

Uniting Healthcare, Philanthropy and Corporate Strengths to Safeguard Teachers’ Health

PETALING JAYA, 13 August 2026 – Teachers play a vital role in nurturing the next generation, and their health is an important foundation for the continued development of education. In an effort to raise awareness of health management among educators, MJ Health Screening Center, Lee Chong Wei Foundation and OlyLife today officially launched the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Teachers’ Health Screening Sponsorship Programme, aimed at providing teachers nationwide with more comprehensive health support through cross-sector collaboration, while promoting healthier schools and quality education.

The programme was officially launched this afternoon at MJ Health Screening Center, with representatives from the education sector, partners and members of the media in attendance to witness the occasion.

The organisers said the programme brings together the respective strengths and resources of the three parties in healthcare, philanthropy and health technology, with the aim of enabling more teachers to benefit from professional health screening services. It also seeks to encourage teachers to adopt regular health screenings and preventive healthcare practices, strengthening health management awareness from an early stage.

Under the programme, 1,000 teachers will be offered a comprehensive health screening package valued at RM3,380. Interested teachers and education personnel will only need to pay a RM98 participation fee. Upon receiving their health screening reports, participants will be provided with consultation services by medical professionals, together with guidance on healthy lifestyle practices.

Giving Back to the Education Community

MJ Health Screening Center has long been committed to promoting preventive healthcare and health management. Through comprehensive  premium health screening services, the center aims to help members of the public identify potential health risks at an early stage and develop healthier lifestyles.

The Lee Chong Wei Foundation continues to focus on education, youth development and community welfare. Through this collaboration, the Foundation hopes to extend care and support to teachers who have dedicated themselves to nurturing future generations.

Under the programme, teachers will have the opportunity to undergo professional health screening services provided by MJ Health Screening Center. Through scientific and preventive health assessments, the programme will help teachers better understand their health status, identify potential health risks at an early stage, and develop the habit of regular health management.

 

The organisers hope that the programme will further promote the concept that prevention is better than cure, while encouraging all sectors of society to pay greater attention to the physical and mental wellbeing of educators and work together to create a healthier and more vibrant education environment.

During the launch ceremony, representatives from the three organisations jointly officiated the launch, symbolising the official commencement of the Teachers’ Health Screening Sponsorship Programme nationwide.
